Routine curing method of baking pan

1. After cooling the baking tray to room temperature, please use a soft rag or plastic scraper to remove the residue in the baking tray. If the temperature is higher than room temperature, only use a soft rag to handle it.

2. After the appliance is used for a period of time, it is recommended to clean it thoroughly with warm water and a small amount of neutral detergent with a soft rag, and then bake it at the residual temperature of the oven (about 80℃) for 5-10 minutes after drying the water stains on the surface. It can be used when it is kept dry, or it can be moistened with a soft rag dipped in baking pan oil.
